LUSH's The Jilted Elf

 

I love, love, LOOOOOOOOOOVE LUSH's products.  They always smell so amazing and the ingredients are full of natural things (like water, fruit, nuts, spices, etc).  This product is also Certified Vegan!

Being the holiday season I was super excited to get my hands on one of their new items, The Jilted Elf Shower Jelly.

Ok, so...  there is the product!  It is a vibrant, fluorescent green with golden bits of shimmer throughout.  It's called a "jelly" because the texture is very much like jello. It feels so weird (and fun)!  To use the product you can try to wiggle it out of the plastic tub and use it whole or dig little pieces out and use them like squishy soap.  My favorite method, however, it taking a bit and mashing it into a loofah for maximum lather.

Upsies:

Smells great (like citrus zest and clove), it's fun to play with, leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth, qualifies for LUSH's pot (container) return program.

Downsies:

A bit difficult to get a really great lather (takes some getting used to), easy to drop in the shower and lose down the drain, the smell doesn't linger long beyond the shower.
